NB Yoga & Wellness Yoga & Movement for Strong Bones Video Bundle for those with Osteoporosis/Osteopenia and those who wish to maintain the health of their bones.

This is a bundle of 8 practices which are about 25 minutes long.  The perfect way to make sure you get your practice in everyday!  Included in the bundle are 3 one hour previously recorded Wednesday classes so if you’re looking for a longer practice, you have that option.  There are also 4 bonus foundational practices which are really short: balance, feet, wrists, and ankle mobility - all of which are of extreme importance as we age.
